Pengaruh Musik Suara Alam (Nature Sounds Music) Terhadap Intensitas Nyeri Persalinan Kala I di Polindes Pelepat

Nyeri persalinan kala I merupakan pengalaman fisiologis yang dapat meningkatkan ketegangan dan mengganggu kenyamanan ibu, sehingga intervensi nonfarmakologis yang sederhana dan mudah diterapkan diperlukan sebagai pendamping asuhan persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh musik suara alam (nature sounds music) terhadap intensitas nyeri persalinan kala I di Polindes Pelepat. Penelitian menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental one-group pretest-posttest pada 10 ibu bersalin kala I yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Intensitas nyeri diukur dengan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) 0–10 sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Musik suara alam diperdengarkan menggunakan headset atau speaker dengan volume nyaman selama sekitar 20–30 menit. Analisis diawali dengan uji Shapiro-Wilk dan dilanjutkan dengan paired-samples t-test karena data pretest dan posttest berdistribusi normal. Rerata intensitas nyeri sebelum intervensi adalah 6,50±0,850 (rentang 5–8) dan menurun menjadi 3,20±0,919 (rentang 2–5) setelah intervensi. Uji Shapiro-Wilk menghasilkan p=0,258 untuk pretest dan p=0,149 untuk posttest. Paired-samples t-test menunjukkan selisih rerata 3,30 poin dengan t=21,604; df=9; p<0,001. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan intensitas nyeri yang bermakna setelah pemberian musik suara alam. Meskipun demikian, desain tanpa kelompok kontrol dan jumlah sampel yang kecil membatasi atribusi kausal dan generalisasi temuan. Musik suara alam berpotensi digunakan sebagai intervensi komplementer untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan ibu bersalin, tetapi efektivitasnya perlu dikonfirmasi melalui penelitian terkontrol dengan sampel lebih besar.
